Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses and tuxedos/dress suits are personally tailored for you from scratch.

Tailoring Period: 15-17 working days.
Shipping Time: 3-5 working days.

Note: The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment.

 

Non-custom-made items leave our warehouse in 1-3 business days.
When you place an order with us, you'll receive your order confirmation by email.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking information. You can choose whichever method suits you best when you place an order. We offer two different international shipping methods:
Standard shipping - normally takes 6 to 8 business days.
Express Shipping - normally takes 3 to 5 business days
Time of transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from.

Standard Return Policy: You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.
