Shipping Policy

International Shipping:
*Airmail Hong Kong Post (with tracking number) - 5-10 Days - FREE
*AAE, DHL , Fedex, UPS Worldwide Expedited - $16 minimum charge up to 1 kilo
*3-5 business days to US, UK, Europe, other countries might take longer

Shopping Republic uses DHL as our primary carrier. For Free Shipping items we use Hong Kong Post.
Upon receiving payment we ship within 2 business days via your chosen shipping method worldwide.
All shipping methods have tracking ID and online tracking service.
Prices are dependent upon order weight and destination.
Please note that we only ship one order per shipping address; meaning we cannot divide orders to be shipped to separate addresses for only one shipping fee.

Shipments require a signature at time of delivery. We understand that this may not be the norm but the increase in packages reported as stolen has prompted us to add this onto our shipments. We are sorry for any trouble this may cause you. You may input your business address for delivery if no one is home to sign during the day.

Shipping charges shown during the check out process are for orders shipped from Hong Kong to your address.
If your order is shipping to a country where shipping charges are higher we will contact you, via email, with the new shipping charges for your order. If you would like to know these charges before placing your order, email us at support@shoppingrepublic.com.

With respect to shipments of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to the merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier.

ShoppingRepublic shall not be liable or responsible for packages delivered to you through any third party with whom you arrange for receipt [on your behalf] after we have made delivery to the address you designate (e.g., Skybox, Mail Boxes Etc., Postal Annex).

Tracking Numbers
All orders shipped via our shipping methods receive a tracking number which will be e-mailed to the customer.

Customs
Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. We will, however, only charge you for the purchase price, shipping and handling and/or optional insurance (if requested) for your item(s). Any additional charges incurred at customs clearance must be paid for by you.

Shipping Damages & Loss
Orders over $100 are insured which protects against shipping damage and loss by the carrier.
Customers are given the option to receive an exact item or refund. Inspect all orders immediately upon arrival.
Within 72 hours of receipt, report any damages to us. If it has been over 40 days since your order date and it has not been received, contact us to investigate the location of your order. While we will work quickly to locate, send another one or refund your purchase, please allow up to 15 days for resolution. For non-insured orders , we can provideyou with proof of shipping and the delivery confirmation number to contact your local post office, as well as help with an investigation.
