Pending
This means that you have placed an order successfully, but we still have not received your payment. (you may have paid your order by western union or bank transfer, but it will take some time for your payment to be confirmed and your order status updated. Generally we can confirm western union payments within 24 hours during working days. If you pay by wire/swift transfer, it will take a little longer, normally 4-6 working days).

Payment Received
This means your payment has been received and your order will be shipped shortly.

Payment Confirmed
If you pay your order by Paypal your payment will be automatically verified. If you pay by western union or bank transfer please email your payment information to payments@shoppingrepublic.com as soon as possible in order to have your order confirmed quickly.

Processing
This means your order is being processed and the items you have ordered are being checked and prepared for immediate shipping.

Shipped
This means your order has been shipped. You will receive an order confirmation email with shipping tracking number and links from Shopping Republic. You can also check your order by logging into your Shopping Republic account.

Complete

Out of Stock Products
Sometimes the items that you’ve ordered might be out of stock or sold out. If that’s the case we’ll immediately contact you by email or by phone. If your order status shows “out of stock” and you haven’t heard from us please submit a ticket at our Help Center.

Void
This means your order has been cancelled. This might happen when you ask us to cancel an unpaid order. Once your order has been cancelled you’ll need to place a new order.
